SteadNorth Systems collects the information you choose to provide through our contact form, such as your name, email address, company, preferred contact method, phone number when provided, and project details. The form also records basic attribution information such as campaign parameters, the page where the visit began, and the referring website when available. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, understand which outreach produced the inquiry, and provide requested services.

First-visit attribution is stored temporarily in your browser's session storage so it can be included if you submit the contact form. It is not used for cross-site advertising or sold to third parties.

Information handling

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for email, hosting, security, contracts, billing, or project delivery. Those providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services.

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process browser, device, network, and interaction information needed to provide that security check.

Project data

Customer system access and project data are handled according to the applicable agreement, statement of work, and security requirements. Do not send credentials or sensitive customer data through the public contact form or ordinary email.
